Home made pineapple jam


  • 2 tins of Sun Food chopped pineapple slices;
  • 400g sugar;
  • 100 ml water;
  • Cardamom  and clove.


Chop the pineapple. Add the pineapple compote, the water, the sugar and the spicery into a pot. Boil them then add the chopped pineapple and boil it until the syrup hardens. Put the jam into some jars and keep them in a dry place.
