Home made pineapple jam
Ingredients:
- 2 tins of Sun Food chopped pineapple slices;
- 400g sugar;
- 100 ml water;
- Cardamom and clove.
Method:
Chop the pineapple. Add the pineapple compote, the water, the sugar and the spicery into a pot. Boil them then add the chopped pineapple and boil it until the syrup hardens. Put the jam into some jars and keep them in a dry place.
