Pineapple crumble

Ingredients:

  • 120 g butter
  • 200g flour;
  • 100g sugar;
  • 1 spoon vanilla essence;
  • 1 tin of Sun Food chopped  pineapple slices;
  • Caramel

Method:

Put the butter into the fridge for 5 min. Take the flour, add the butter, the sugar and the vanilla essence and mix it. The composition must become like gobbet. Put the pineapple pieces into bowls with 2 spoons of caramel sauce. Add above them 2 spoons of gobbets.

Put the patty pans into a pan and put them into the oven for 30-35 min.
