Pineapple sponge cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin of Sun Food chopped pineapple pieces;
  • 200g flour;
  • 180g sugar;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 spoon baking soda;
  • 1 lemon;
  • salt.

Method:

Separate the yolk by the white. Mix the yolks with the sugar, salt and the flour and the baking soda. Add the lemon peel and juice. Chop the pineapple. Add the pieces into the yolk composition. Mix it then add the whites. Pour this mixture in a pan and bake the cake. Cut it into squares after you flourished it with cream and pineapple pieces.
