Pineapple tart

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 250g flour;
  • 125g butter;
  • 125g sugar;
  • 4 spoons of water;
  • salt.

Cream:

  • 200g black chocolate;
  • 400 ml cream;
  • 125g butter;
  • 1 spoon of grated lemon;
  • 1 spoon of orange peel;

Flourishing:

  • 565 g pineapple slices;
  • 150 ml cream.

Method:

Mix the sugar and the butter, the flour, salt and some water and roll a foil and bake it. For the cream boil the cream add the grated chocolate. Mix it very well. Put the cream into the fridge or 10 min and then add the butter then add the lemon. Pour the cream over the baked base. Arrange the pineapple slices and flourish it with cream.
