Pineapple upside down cakes

Ingredients:

  • 120g butter;
  • 200g sugar;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 140g yogurt;
  • 300g flour;
  • 10g baking soda;
  • 1 spoon of vanilla essence and 6 sps of sugar;
  • 2 spoons of butter;
  • 6 Sun Food pineapple slices.

Methot:

Mix the butter and the sugar then add the eggs one by one.Add the yogurt and the vanilla and keep mixing. Mix the flour with the backing soda and add it into the other mixture and then leave it aside. Add one spoon of sugar in each patty pan then add the pineapple slices. Add in each patty pan the mixture.  Put them into the oven for 35-45 min.
