Tropical fruit tart
Ingredients:
Base:
- 140g dry cush;
- 100 g butter.
Cream:
- 220g cheese cream;
- 100 ml liquid cream;
- vanilla;
- 100g sugar;
- 1 tin of Sun Food tropical fruit cocktail;
- 5g gelatin;
- 2 spoons of water;
- 50 ml compote.

Method:
Base - Bray the dry cush and then add the melted butter and mix. Add the mixture in the patty pans and add them into the oven for 15-20 min.
Cream - Mix the yogurt with the sugar. Beat the cream then add the yogurt, the cheese cream and the vanilla and mix them. Add over each tart 2 spoons of cream and 2 spoons of compote.
And over the fruit add the gelatin mixed with compote. Keep it into the fridge.
