Tropical fruit tart



  • 140g dry cush;
  • 100 g butter.


  • 220g cheese cream;
  • 100 ml liquid cream;
  • vanilla;
  • 100g sugar;
  • 1 tin of Sun Food tropical fruit cocktail;
  • 5g gelatin;
  • 2 spoons of water;
  • 50 ml compote.

Base - Bray the dry cush and then add the melted butter and mix. Add the mixture in the patty pans and add them into the oven for 15-20  min.

Cream - Mix the yogurt with the sugar. Beat the cream then add the yogurt,  the cheese cream and the  vanilla and mix them. Add over each tart 2 spoons of cream and 2 spoons of compote.

And over the fruit add the gelatin mixed with compote. Keep it into the fridge.
