Classic lasagna

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 150g unboil lasagna foils;
  • 2 spoons of olive oil;
  • 1 tin of Sun Food tomatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 carrots;
  •  ¼ celery root;
  • garlic;
  • rosemary;
  • salvia;
  • 150g minced beef;
  • 150g peeled chopped Italian salami;
  • 1 spoon of flour;
  • 80 ml wine;
  • 1 spoon of cream;
  • 3 spoons of grated parmesan;
  • ground cinnamon;
  • 150g  mashed ricotta;
  • 1 egg;
  • 150g mozzarella;
  • salt, pepper.


Boil some water with salt and 1 spoon of olive oil. Then add the lasagna foils and boil them for 8 min. Draw off and cover them with 1 spoon of olive oil.

Mash the tomatoes. Chop the onion and the carrots, the celery, garlic, salvia and the rosemary. Fry them in the same oil. Then add the minced beef and the chopped salami and fry them all. Add the flavor, the wine and let them cook for 15 min.

Add the tomatoes, the cream, the parmesan and the cinnamon and let them boil for 20 min.

In another bowl mix the egg with ricotta and ¾ of the mozzarella, salt and pepper. In a pan put successive layers of lasagna foils, meat mixture and ricotta.

Cover the remaining with mozzarella and put it in the oven for 40-45 min.
