Green peas cream soup
Ingredients (6 servings):
- 2 tins of Sun Food green peas (820g);
- 1 bell pepper;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 parsnip;
- 1 onion;
- salt, pepper;
- parsley;
- croutons;
- cream.
Method:
Draw off the pea and wash it a little bit. Chop the onion and the vegetables.
In a pot put 1.5-2 l of water, salt, pepper and the vegetables and the pea and let them boil for 25-30 min. Let them cool down and then blend them and add half of the liquid from the pot. Blend it as you like it and add flavours and liquid.
You can serve it with cream and croutons.
