Green peas in tomatoes sauce
Ingredients:
- 500g Sun Food green pea;
- 500g Sun Food chopped tomatoes;
- 150g back olives;
- 2 chopped onions;
- 2 spoons of flour;
- 150 ml oil;
- 50g butter;
- 20g sugar;
- 1 lemon;
- Salt, pepper.
Method:
Fry the onion in the oil and add the draw off pea. Add the chopped tomatoes and let them cook for 10 min. Put the butter into a pot, add the sugar and stir for caramelize the sugar. Add flour and put the lemon juice and 2 glasses of liquid in which the pea boiled. Put the olives, the pea and the tomatoes, flavor it with salt and pepper and let it boil for 5-10 more min.
