Green peas cream soup
Ingredients (3-4 servings)
- 2 onions;
- 1 spoon of oil;
- 500 ml water1 tin of Sun Food green pea;
- garlic;
- salt and pepper;
- 8-10 leaves od spinach.
Method:
Fry the chopped onion for 1-2 min in a spoon of oil. Add salt and hot water and let them boil for 10 min. Add the pea, the mashed garlic and let them boil for 10 more min. Add salt and pepper and blend them. You can add some leaves of baby spinach. It can be served with yogurt.
