Green peas tart

Ingredients:

  • 400g pastry;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g of cream;
  • 400g Sun Food green pea;
  • 100g bacon;
  • 1 spoon of starch;
  • cheese;
  • 3 cherry tomatoes;
  • dill;
  • salt, pepper.

Method:

Cut a circle of 22-24 cm of pastry and put it into a pan.

Beat the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper and then add the starch, the pea and the fried bacon.

Mix them well, flavor it with dill and pour it over the pastry. Above all put some slices of cheese and half tomatoes. Bake it for 3-35 min.
