Home made tomatoes pizza


Counter top

  •  400g whole meal;
  • 200– 210 ml hot water;
  • One spoon of salt;
  • One spoon of sugar;
  • Dried grout/fresh grout.


  • 1 tin of Sun Food peeled tomatoes;
  • garlic;
  • 1 spoon of salt;
  • ½ spoon of oregano sugar;
  • 2 spoons of olive oil.


Counter top

Mix the whole meal with the grout and the sugar and start battering. When it becomes consistent, add the melted salt in a spoon of water. Continue to batter the mixture and then let it in a warm place for 45-60 min.

Topping put the chopped tomatoes in a frying pan, add the garlic, sugar, salt and oregano and fry them for 2-3min. After cooking, take off the garlic. After 4-60 min take the mixture and let it raise for 30 min. Then put the tomato sauce over the pizza, put oregano and spray it with olive oil. Bake the pizza in the oven for 15 min.
