Meat casserole


  • 700g chopped beef or chicken;
  • garlic;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 spoon of flour;
  • 250g carrots;
  • 150 g Sun Food mushrooms;
  • 200 ml vegetable soup;
  • 200g Sun Food chopped tomatoes;
  • 1 spoon of sweet marjoram;
  • 25g butter;
  • 750g potatoes;
  • 3 spoons of milk;
  • 50 ml oil;
  • 50g rusk;
  • salt and pepper.


Fry the meat for about 20 min, add the chopped onion, carrots, mashed garlic and the mushrooms and fry them for 10 more min. Add the flour, stir it well and then add the vegetable soup and  the tomatoes.

In another pot boil the peeled potatoes, draw them off and mash them then add the butter and the milk. Grease a pan with oil, put the rusk and then pour the meat and mushrooms composition. Then add the mashed potatoes. Bake the pie for about 30 min or until potatoes are toasted.
