Mushrooms cream soup

Ingrediens:

  • 400g Sun Food mushrooms;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 celery;
  • 1 parsnip;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 200 g of cooking cream;
  • 50 gr butter;
  • Salt and white pepper .

Method:

Into 2 liters  stockpot put to boil the onion, the carrot, celery, the parsnip and the bell pepper, all chopped into big pieces.When they are already boiled add the mushrooms and let them boil for 5-10 min.

After blending the vegetables along 1/3 of the soup quantity, add the butter, the cream and pepper. After blending them, add the rest of the soup.  Flavour it with salt and pepper.

If you want it to be for fasting, you can change cream for 150 g of potatoes and 100 ml of water.
