Sardines snack


  • 2 tins of Sun Food sardines in vegetable oil;
  • 8 slices of bread;
  • 2 spoons of butter;
  • lemon;
  • green tarragon;
  • peppers;
  • fresh parsley and seedless olives for flourishin.


Chop the tarragon. Mix half of it with 1 spoon of butter, salt and pepper. Smash with a fork half of the sardines quantity and mix it with the remaining tarragon and some lemon juice and pepper. You don’t need to mix the ingredients with the mixer.

Cover the bread slices with the butter mixed with tarragon. Put on half of the slices sardines and cover the other slices with the mixture of sardines.

Flourish the sardines with green leaves of parsley and slices of olives.
