Sardines tart


  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tins of Sun Food sardines in vegetable oil;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 tin of 300 cheese pearls;
  • 2 spoons of chopped olives(you may not use it if you don’t have any);
  • 2 spoons of oats bran;
  • Salt, pepper, chili flakes.

Quantities for 3 mini tarts with the diameter of 16 cm


Mix the eggs and salt for 1-2 min, then add all the other ingredients (chopped onion and the sardines without sauce and easily mashed with the fork).

All these ingredients are mixed together and the composition is poured into a tray, or in 3 trays for mini tarts with the diameter of 16 cm, on the bottom which you put some waxed paper to avoid to adhere, because it doesn’t contain any fat.

You can sprinkle the chili flakes and then put it in the pre-heated oven at 180C for about 30-40 min.
