Stuffed carp fish


  • 1 big carp;

  • 70g rice;
  • 400gSun Food chopped mushrooms;
  • 100g almonds;
  • 200 ml white wine;
  • 2 lemons;
  • parsley;
  • 100 ml zucchini oil or olive oil;
  • salt and pepper.


Wash and gut the fish. Fry the mushrooms in oil. Boil the rice in water and salt for 15 min then add the mushrooms.

Chop the parsley, 50 g of almonds, salt and pepper. Fill the fish with this mixture, spray the fish with oil and wine and flavor it with salt and pepper and put it into the oven. Cook it for about 60 min and serve it with almonds and lemon slices and chopped parsley.
