Tomatoes & cheese terrine


Tomatoes composition:

  • 1 tin of Sun Food peeled tomatoes;
  • 1 leaf of bay;
  • ½ spoon of sugar;
  • garlic;
  • 1 spoon of oil;
  • Pepper;
  • 3 foils of gelatin.

Cheese composition

  • 150g cheese;
  • 200g cream;
  • 5 foils of gelatin.


Tomato composition

Blend the tomatoes and boil them with the other ingredients. You can also add chili, oregano, basil, rosemary and boil them for 10 min. dip the gelatin foils for 5 min., then add the sauce and mix well. Pour the sauce into griddles and put them into the fridge.

Cheese composition

Grate the cheese, mix it with cream for several minutes. Dip the gelatin foils in cold water for 5 min, then dissolve them into 2-3 spoons of warm milk. Add the gelatin over the cheese mixture and mix them all. Take the griddles form the fridge and put the white mixture over the red one. Cover it with plastic foil and out them back into the fridge for 2-3 hours, then take them out and carefully flourish them with cream.
