Tomatoes soup


  • 400g Sun Food chopped tomatoes;
  • 200 ml water;
  • onion;
  • 1 spoon of honey;
  • 1 spoon of olive oil;
  • Root of parsley;
  • 1 leaf of rosemary, salvia or green mint.


Chop the onion and the parsley, fry them in oil and 2 spoons of water, then add the rest of the water and sf tomatoes. Boil the soup for 20 min and when it cools down add the honey.

Serve it in bowls, flourished with green leaves of salvia, basil or mint.
