Tuna & pasta salad
Ingredients:
- 400 g pasta;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tin of Sun Food peeled tomatoes;
- 2 tins of Sun Food tuna chunks;
- garlic;
- 1 red bell pepper;
- Salt and pepper.
Method:
Stew the onion in some olive oil, until it becomes glassy.
Add the chopped tomatoes and pepper sprinkle some salt and leave it to boil for about 15 minutes, then add the tuna.
Boil it for 5 more minutes.Cook the pasta following the instructions.
Add the boiled pasta over the tomato sauce and parsley and stir.
Turn off the ire and put the parsley mix.
Enjoy your meal!
